How long have you worked at Lemon? 2 years and 3 months
Can you tell us a bit more about your role? Reporting into the Ops Managers, im a Team Leader so I ensure that the shifts run smoothly for colleagues and clients. I’m on hand to answer queries that agents may have during the shift and take calls and manage emails for various clients.
What is the best part about your job? The best part of the role is the variety of the role, I work alongside several departments and with some great people who support me within the role as I gain experience of being a manager.
Do you have any hobbies outside work? I love to play football and badminton and go for walks with my dogs whenever I can, and I do enjoy reading or playing on my PlayStation.
Is there anything else that you think people might not know about you?
When I lived in Northern Ireland I would be a part of a swimming team that represented Londonderry and multiple youth competitions.
