Lemon Contact Centre, a leading outsourced contact centre based in the north east of England are committed to paying all employees the Real Living Wage and have passed a formal accreditation process from the Living Wage Foundation.
The Real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living. It is voluntary paid by over 14,000 business like Lemon, who firmly believe that their employees deserve a wage which meets their everyday needs.
Over 100 employees at the Stockton-based contact centre now receive a Real Living Wage, equating to at least £12 per hour for everyone aged 18 and over.
