Lemon Contact Centre celebrates audit recertification

Lemon Contact Centre are celebrating after passing their recent ISO recertification audit with no non-conformances for the fourth year in a row!

The audit, carried out by Alcumus, a market leader in providing ISO certification, resulted in Lemon Contact Centre being recommended for recertification for their Integrated Management System compromising of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

ISO 9001 provides a quality management framework that demonstrates commitment to the quality of service. Helping to instil and continuously monitor quality, ISO 9001 builds resilience across the entire organisation.

ISO 27001 is the world’s best known standard for information security management systems and their requirements. The management of the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee data and information entrusted by third parties all falls under ISO 27001.

Kimberley Bell, Chief People & Compliance Officer at Lemon Contact Centre said “I am extremely proud of the entire Lemon team for ensuring that we have gained recertification for our Integrated Management System. The results of the audit, including the fact that we have had no non-conformances for the fourth year running, clearly and independently demonstrate that we handle data with the care it deserves”

“In addition to this, our certification is from the United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS), the national accreditation body for the UK and an ISO certification from a UKAS-accredited body is recognised internationally as a symbol of quality & reliability. This recertification gives everyone, from employees to clients, the peace of mind that we have the necessary frameworks in place to handle data safely and securely”
